Forward iCloud Mail School Emails to MyMeTime

Use iCloud Mail rules to forward school messages to your unique MyMeTime forwarding address.

Create a School Mail Rule

  1. Open iCloud Mail in a browser.
  2. Select the settings icon, then open Rules.
  3. Select Add Rule.
  4. Choose a condition such as is from or has subject containing.
  5. Enter the school sender, school domain, or newsletter keyword.
  6. Choose Forward to, then paste your unique MyMeTime email address.
  7. Save the rule.

Keep a Copy

  1. If iCloud gives you the option, keep the original message in your mailbox.
  2. This lets MyMeTime process the email while you still keep the school email history.

Test It

  1. Send or forward one school email that matches the rule.
  2. Open MyMeTime and check the Action Plan and Calendar.
